Dr. Dan Henricksen was born and raised in Chehalis. After graduating from W.F. West High School, he left home to serve a mission for the LDS church in Brazil where he became fluent in Portuguese. Dr. Henricksen met Lacey, his future wife, while he was in Utah earning his Bachelors in Biology. They married and moved to New Orleans where he received his Master’s in Cell and Molecular Biology. Dr. Henricksen continued his studies at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he served as Class President and was active in the American Student Dental Association. Dr. Henricksen continues the family legacy of service to our area following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. John Henricksen, who provided quality dental care to Lewis County and the surrounding area for more than 40 years. He brings to the practice the latest techniques in restorative dentistry. Dr. Henricksen’s practice offers a full selection of cosmetic options from teeth whitening to implants, as well as taking care of your restorative needs such as root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.
