Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Nicole graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked with a public accounting firm for 5 years before returning to Omaha where she was an internal auditor at Commercial Federal Bank. In 2001, Dr. Panneton and Nicole were married and opened Val Verde Dental together and have been working side-by-side ever since. Together they have grown to two locations, four dentists and 22 staff members. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts and sporting events, watching her kids’ sporting events and spending time outside.
