Mr Elizabeth A Klanderman,

Dr. Klanderman is a native of Madison, Wisconsin, where her parents, Keith and Deb, as well as her older brother, Tim, still reside. She was a four-year member of the UW Badger Women's Swim Team, earning recognition as an NCAA Division 1 All-American in 2005. Her college experiences, swimming career, and teammates continue to shape her life philosophy. In her free time, Dr. Klanderman enjoys traveling, visiting family up north, cooking and eating delicious food, and being active outdoors. She lives in Jacksonville with her husband, son, and rescue dog, Beau. Dr. Klanderman recently completed seven years of service in the United States Navy Dental Corps. Her first tour was at Great Lakes, Illinois where she maintained a full clinical schedule while completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. After graduation, she served two years as the sole dentist aboard the amphibious ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43), homeported in Norfolk, Virginia. She then transferred to the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida. She was promoted to Lieutenant Commander in September 2018. Dr. Klanderman is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. She has completed continuing education in CAD-CAM advanced digital dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine, oral radiology, pharmacology, and general dentistry treatment planning. Currently, Dr. Klanderman is pursuing advanced education in implant, surgical, and esthetic dentistry.
