Dr Kendall Frazier

Dr. Kendall Frazier knew he wanted to be a dentist early on after completing a middle school science fair project involving the effects of soda on teeth. Originally from Greenfield, IN, he graduated from Indiana University Bloomington for his undergraduate degree and Indiana University Indianapolis for his dental degree. He and his wife moved to Jacksonville in 2017 due to her Naval commitment at Mayport and have loved becoming a part of the First Coast community. Dr. Frazier is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an Implant Pathway fellow, the Jacksonville Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. When he isn’t working, Dr. Frazier enjoys traveling, attending continuing education courses, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with family, friends and his two children, Matthew and Lilly.
