Dr. Moses K. Rasberry is a Chicago native and graduated from the illustrious University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his doctorate in dentistry. Dr. Rasberry found dentistry through his public health journey during undergraduate and graduate studies. He has extensive experience working in the mental health sector as a Mental Health technician for half a decade. Dr. Rasberry also worked as an Academic Skills Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In this capacity, Dr. Rasberry worked closely with a diverse group of underrepresented students to foster a sense of belonging, engagement, and empowerment to increase student success. Upon acceptance into dental school, Dr. Rasberry continued to explore opportunities within public health. He successfully secured a coveted externship with the Commissioned Corps and traveled to Cass Lake, Minnesota where he provided dental care to Native American members of the Red Lake, White Earth, and Leech Lake tribes. Dr. Rasberry returned to Chicago with a focus on patient education and comprehensive general dentistry. Dr. Rasberry is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Rasberry continues to mentor numerous pre-health and current professional students. In his time away from the office, Dr. Rasberry enjoys spending time with his family and puppy, Laila. Dr. Rasberry enjoys staying active by biking, running, and lifting. Most weekends are filled with exploring Chicago with his wife, Dr. Brittany N. Brown.
