Mr Penelope Spiekerman

Dr. Penny is a Southern California native. She holds a BS in Biochemistry from UC San Diego. She graduated in 1995 with Dr. Landers and Dr. Lerohl. After graduation, she completed a residency at Loma Linda VA Hospital in 1996. She moved to Chicago and practiced in Addison, IL before moving out to Sandwich in 2002 with her husband, Dr. Tom. As he helped Dr. Rob establish First Impressions, she worked part-time and raised their two children. In May of 2019, Dr.Penny joined the team as the practice was growing so rapidly. Adding more doctor time to the schedule means more patients can be seen in a timely fashion. Working part-time allows flexibility in her schedule to see patients and to cover for other Team Awesome members. She is cross-trained at all jobs, so you may see her up in the front and scheduling patients or back in hygiene cleaning teeth. There is never a dull moment in her day! Dr. Penny is also in charge of the Facebook page, promotions, and contests. In her free time, she enjoys baking, scrapbooking and photography, traveling, and bargain hunting.
