Dr. Matthew Butler was born and raised in Tell City, Indiana. He graduated from Tell City High School, then attended the University of Evansville for 3 years. He was accepted early into the dental program at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He graduated in 2005 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Second generation dentist; father Dr. Allen Butler opened his practice in 1975 on 12th Street in Tell City, Indiana. After graduating, practiced at Madison Family Dentistry in Madison, Indiana. In 2007, opened Butler Family Dentistry, LLC at present location with father and wife; father retired in 2011. Member of American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, First District Dental Society.
