Dr. Herbert Mendelson, the Director of the Dental Implant Continuum at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and former senior faculty member of the New York University College of Dentistry, Department of General Dentistry and Management Science Division of Reconstruction and Comprehensive Care, enjoys practicing in his Owings Mills private practice setting. Dr. Mendelson graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the George Washington University, a D.D.S. from the Medical College of Virginia, completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania and has achieved a certificate in advanced studies in Oral Implantology from the New York University. Dr.Mendelson has been featured in journals and has lectured both nationally and internationally on a myriad of topics. He maintains Diplomate status, the highest level of credentialing, in both, the American Board of Oral Implantology and the International Congress of Oral Implantolgists. Born and raised in Baltimore county, Dr. Mendelson resides in Reisterstown, Maryland, with his wife, Wendy, four children, Ben, Max, Sam, and Sara, and their Labradoodle, Rambo. In addition, he is also an accomplished magician who has performed live at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas!
