Dr. Michael Meraz is a native of Indio, graduating from Indio High School. He attended San Diego State University for his Bachelor of Arts and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at USC School of Dentistry. After dental school, he served in the Army at Joint Base Lewis McChord for 3.5 years, expanding his skills with military specialists. He remains in the California Army National Guard.
