Dr Saimon Ramos

Dr. Saimon Ramos was born in Brazil and moved to Boston in 1998 when he was 14. He lived in New England for 12 years, earning his Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. While working on his undergraduate degree, he started receiving dental care from Dr. Luhao Chen, a meeting that would change his life forever. Dr. Chen’s passion for dentistry and approach to patient care inspired Dr. Ramos to pursue his own career as a dentist. His mind was made up, and he headed to the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville, where he completed his doctorate and a 2-year residency. The Florida sun was a far cry from the frigid winters he had come to dread while living in New England, and he soon fell in love with the Tampa Bay area. It wasn’t just the weather he fell for, however. While working on his dental degree, he met his now-wife, Lauren, and together they decided to settle down and start a family. When he’s not providing his patients with exceptional dental care at his Palm Harbor office, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and two daughters, Gabriella and Olivia. He loves hanging out at the beach and watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. He also enjoys traveling and getting to know different places, people, and cultures.
