Ammon was born and raised in Centerville, UT. He was a middle child of 11 children. His father was a dentist, and despite 2 older brothers choosing dentistry as their occupation, Ammon also decided to go that route. After undergraduate studies, Ammon attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Dental School. It was during his senior year that he married his wife, Natalie. After graduation, Ammon attended a dental residency program in Boise, Idaho. From there, he purchased a dental practice in Potlatch, Idaho (near Moscow) and there resided for 8 years. As their three kids Noah, Elizabeth and Jane grew, it was only a matter of time before family brought them back to Utah. In the fall of 2014, Ammon purchased this dental practice in Kamas, now known as Gateway Dentistry. Ammon and his family now reside in Francis, and are pleased to be associated with such an amazing community.
“I’ve always felt the need to treat everyone that comes into my dental practice as equals. Everyone deserves full explanations, their questions answered, options given and the right to choose with no pressure. Dentistry is one of the least desired places to go. It’s expensive and can be painful. I realize this, and will do all that I can to help make coming to Gateway Dentistry a more pleasant experience.”
