During her formative adolescent years, Dr. Delash spent countless hours in a dental laboratory learning the mechanics of dental materials, developing a critical eye for tooth esthetics, and honing clinical skills. While this experience is atypical for most, these early years were spent under the tutelage of her mother, a celebrated and highly skilled dental technologist. These influential times are what led Dr. Delash to pursue a career in dentistry. After completing her undergraduate degree from Mercer University, she attended graduate school completing degrees in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Master in Public Health (MPH), and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Augusta University. Additionally, Dr. Delash completed residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from NYU Langone Health Centers and shortly afterwards became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (D. ABDSM) treating individuals suffering with obstructive sleep apnea. In 2016, Dr. Delash joined The Dental College of Georgia (DCG) at Augusta University as an Assistant Professor, where she taught multiple courses to dental students and residents, published research, and worked in private practice. While Dr. Delash continues to give her time guest lecturing at DCG, she is now in full time private practice where she shares her knowledge, skills, and expertise in restorative and comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Delash’s treatment philosophy centers around preventative and conservative dentistry, while incorporating new technologies and offering patients high quality dental care.
