Dr Rahul Gandhi

Dr. Rahul Gandhi treats patients that need IV sedation, better known to patients as “Sleep Dentistry.” He performs conscious sedation for the practice for the removal of wisdom teeth, complicated extractions, complicated implant placement or when the patient does not want to be awake during treatment. He also performs biopsies for suspicious areas of the mouth. Dr. Gandhi received his degree of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and a Certificate of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2001. He finished an internship in OMFS at the University of Kentucky to further his education. Dr. Gandhi completed a General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. Dr. Gandhi practices General Dentistry with a focus on Oral Surgery and IV Sedation. He is certified in Parenteral Conscious Sedation, Enteral Sedation, Intramuscular Sedation and Nitrous Oxide Sedation. Dr. Gandhi is married to Shefali and they have two adorable boys. He moved to Sugar Land shortly after finishing his residency.
