Born and raised in Canton, Dr. Aaron Thum is honored to serve the community that shaped him. After graduating from Canton High School, he pursued his passion for science and health with a degree in Biology from Illinois Wesleyan University, followed by a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Thum’s approach is rooted in compassion and trust—he wants every patient to feel at ease and fully cared for. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Thum enjoys an active lifestyle that includes golf, fitness, and pickleball. He also spends quality time with his dog, Pickle, and his cat, Molar, and loves being an uncle to his nieces and nephew. You’ll often find him visiting with family or stopping by the local furniture store his parents proudly own.
