Dr Erika Purcell

Dr. Erika Purcell, a native of Plainview, Texas, is a dedicated dentist who is passionate about conservative and comprehensive dentistry. She began her journey at Wayland Baptist University, where she received a full athletic scholarship to play women’s basketball. Dr. Purcell’s skills on the court earned her several recognitions, including All Conference selection, All-American Honors, and Scholar Athlete Awards. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology, and minors in Chemistry and Psychology. After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Purcell moved to Arizona to attend Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. She graduated with her DMD in 2017 and has since been in private practice here in the valley. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Purcell actively participates in professional organizations and study clubs to stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Purcell’s favorite part of dentistry is providing patients with a great dental experience at every visit by treating them like family. She truly values the trust that her patients have placed in her, and takes pride in getting to know her patients on a personal level.
