Dr. Conicella was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in the Oakland area of town. He attended Central Catholic High School and the University of Pittsburgh, before being accepted into Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated in 1986 with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. He was then hired by Temple Dental School to work as a clinical instructor in their crown and bridge department. He held this position for a year before then moving back to Pittsburgh. Dr. Conicella and his wife settled into the Allison Park area of Pittsburgh where they raised their two children and still reside there today. His office is located in the small, historic, river town of Sharpsburg where he has been practicing dentistry for the past 30 years. In 2012 he was listed as one of the top dentists in the city by Pittsburgh Magazine. As both the owner of Conicella Family Dentistry LLC and the only dentist in the practice, Dr. Conicella prides himself on the care he gives to his patients and taking the time to get to know and understand their individual dental needs and concerns. True to the name of his practice, Dr. Conicella has enjoyed treating many generations of patients here and getting to know the families he cares for.
