Dr. Santos was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States with her family at the age of 10. Here, she learned the language and met many great friends. Her family then returned to the Dominican Republic where she decided to study dentistry at Pontifical Catholic Mother and Teacher University. There she had an amazing learning and work experience; however, her heart was in the United States. She loved the culture and all the great things America represents. She returned to the states and continued her studies and training in dentistry. She completed an advance education program in general dentistry at the University of Rochester, Eastman Institute for Oral Health. She then completed a general practice residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. She is now happy to call Western New York her home. She fell in love with the warmth of its people and the beauty of the area. She has dedicated her time here to giving her very best to her patients, to listening, to truly understanding their needs and desires and providing them with care with respect and humility and without judgment. When she’s not providing dental care, she loves hiking and exploring the area with her husband, visiting her family and hosting family get-togethers.
