Outside of dentistry, Dr. Almumaiz is a surrealist artist who has had multiple art shows. He is also a poet and freelance writer who has published articles in the New York Times and the Washington Post. In his spare time, he enjoys running, yoga, archery, motorcycle riding, traveling, fashion, culinary arts, performative arts, and learning about other cultures.
Dr. Almumaiz strives to provide his patients with the highest-quality treatment. Dr. Mumaiz is a recipient of the Comprehensive Care Award and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award. He has completed continuing education with the Engel Institute (specifically, dental implant courses). Dr. Almumaiz is the regional doctor mentor in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and surrounding areas. He helps other dentists with complicated cases achieve their career goals. Dr. Almumaiz is also a Gold Plus Invisalign preferred provider and an active member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
