Dr. Zerby went to high school in Richardson, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University, and returned home to Dallas to attend Baylor College of Dentistry which he graduated from. His wife, Shannon, is a Spanish teacher at Allen High School, and they have two girls, Brenna and Angelina.
