Dr. Christiana Dagher was born and raised in Bangor, Maine. She comes from a multicultural household, with three younger siblings, her father being from Bikfaya, Lebanon, and her mother from the state of Wisconsin. During her childhood, she enjoyed yearly trips to visit her Lebanese family and embracing their culture. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medical studies and Human Nutrition at the University of Maine, in Orono. She went on to spend a year working in a dental office, where she participated in every role from administrative work to chairside assisting and sterilizing equipment. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After graduating she was eager to return to her home state to serve Maine people. Following her passions for oral surgery and dental implantology, she went on to earn her Certificate in Implantology from the International Postgraduate Medical College at the Dental Institute of the Caribbean. She is currently working on her fellowship with the International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. Dagher is passionate about delivering gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive care to all patients in a positive environment. She is dedicated to staying current on the latest dental technologies and treatment options through continuing education courses. In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
