Dr Dan Figueiredo

Dr. Dan Figueiredo is open, honest, and genuinely knows what it takes to help his patients feel at ease. His easy-going style of communication helps patients understand the status of their oral health and their oftentimes complex dental treatment options. Dr. Figueiredo is a talented artist and a highly gifted clinician who blends his creative skill with his extensive scientific knowledge to provide high-quality, efficient, patient-focused service to patients of all ages. Following Dr. Figueiredo’s graduation from Tufts University School of Dentistry, he and his wife settled in Maine. He is an active member of The Academy of General Dentistry, regularly attends Dawson Academy, Spear Education, and Las Vegas Institute courses, and consistently attends continuing education courses because he wants to stay current on the latest and most advanced dental technology, research, and clinical methods. Dr. Figueiredo’s enthusiasm for the outdoors and environmental conservation makes Maine the perfect state for him to own and operate his dental practice, spend time engaging in outdoor activities all year round, and remain a champion of Maine’s outdoor heritage. Dr. Figueiredo shoots Trap and Sporting Clays competitively year-round, and he serves on both Trap and Sporting Clays Committees in the state. In the summer, he and his wife enjoy fishing, paddle-boarding, and road biking. In the winter, they enjoy cross country skiing. They also love traveling and can’t wait to see where their next international journey takes them.
