Dr Todd Brueckner moved to Maine, with his wife Dr Samantha Brueckner, in 2022. He grew up in rural Missouri and attended dental school at UMKC School of Dentistry in Kansas City. He knew he wanted to be a dentist after he saw his father go through lung cancer treatment. The treatment severely damaged his father’s teeth and Todd saw his father become a shell of himself as he began hiding his laugh and his smile behind his hand. His father had his teeth restored and immediately became his old warm, loving, and joyful self towards everyone around him. Seeing such a profound change first hand gave Todd the push to become a dentist. He wanted to help, not only his patients, but their friends and families by giving them the smile and the confidence that they deserve.
