Dr. Farzad Pirayesh received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University in June of 1994. He has been practicing at Sandy Dental for the past 24 yrs as a general dentist and is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
