Dr. Allen earned a degree in Biochemistry from Regis College in 2012. After working as an analytical chemist in the quality control of medicinal biologics, she returned to school to pursue a career in dentistry, graduating from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Her pre-doctoral training focused on digital dentistry and implant supported prostheses, and while at BU, Dr. Allen was recognized by the American College of Prosthodontics for her achievements in that field. After graduating, Dr. Maryssa moved to Dover, and has enjoyed practicing in both the Seacoast and the Lakes Regions of New Hampshire. She shares Dr. Swanson's passion for developing and implementing ecologically sustainable solutions to the practice of dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her sister, taking care of her rescue puppy, and playing fantasy football.
