Dr. Emily grew up in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC, Irvine. From there, she decided to pursue a career in Dentistry — what better way to combine her passion for science and art and fine-tune her dexterity. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. She furthered her doctoral degree with a one-year General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. After practicing for several years in New Jersey, she moved to Texas with her husband, Dr. Jake Moon, and two beautiful children in 2019. Dr. Emily is a compassionate clinician, who takes pride in her achievement of perfection. Her curiosity and eagerness to learn drive her to continually expand her knowledge in the field, and to treat the person behind the patient. In her free time, Dr. Emily enjoys watching Netflix, tidying up and organizing the house, trying new foods, experiencing new cultures, traveling, and her newfound hobby: golfing.
