Dr Sharlenne Sumpter

Growing up, Dr. Sumpter loved science. In fact, she loved it so much she decided to use her talent and passion in a research lab! However, she found it to be a bit lonely, and ultimately decided to pivot to dentistry after shadowing a few dentists. Dr. Sumpter attended both Florida International University and Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Since then, she has pursued continuing education with the Academy of General Dentistry and several other professional organizations. Plus, she has completed advanced training for Level I Conscious Sedation as well! Now, she’s excited to use everything she has learned over the years to help our Denison patients get the top-tier care they deserve in a calming, welcoming environment.
