Dr. Forrest was born in American Fork, Utah. He attended school at Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors. Dr. Forrest is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and the Academy of LDS Dentistry. Dr. Forrest and his wife, Merrianne, have five boys and one girl. In his spare time, Dr. Buhler enjoys boating, outdoors, and hunting.
