Dr. Wendy Knoell was born and raised in Grafton, Wisconsin. After high school, she attended the University of Evansville, Indiana, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and minored in Spanish. Returning to her home state, Dr. Wendy received her DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry, and in her senior year, she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honour society. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Wendy completed a general practice residency at Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of the office, Dr. Wendy is a standing member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Chicago Dental Society. She has volunteered for Give Kids a Smile Day and the Wisconsin Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy. Being a proud Marquette alumna, she served as a member and President on the School of Dentistry’s Alumni Association. In her free time, she enjoys running with her three children, reading, and camping.
