Dr Nicole Elia

Dr. Nicole Elia is a highly trained general dentist with extensive military experience, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her background in hospital-based dentistry, advanced continuing education, and multidisciplinary treatment ensures precise diagnosis, effective communication, and high-quality, compassionate care for patient needs. A proud New Jersey native, Dr. Elia earned her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, where she focused on multidisciplinary and hospital-based dentistry. During this time, she cared for a diverse population of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. She later transferred to MCAS Cherry Point in eastern North Carolina, where she continued to provide high-quality care to sailors and marines. Her military service helped shape her strong clinical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. A passionate lifelong learner, Dr. Elia has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education across multiple dental specialties. She is currently advancing her training at the prestigious Pankey Institute.
