Dr. Zurayk is a native of Southern California who completed her undergraduate studies at Pomona College prior to receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry. She moved to Seattle, WA, in 2017 to pursue her dream of becoming an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Zurayk completed a one-year surgical internship followed by a six-year residency training at the University of Washington, where she also earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a 2-year Certificate in General Surgery. Her special interests include dentoalveolar surgery (dental implants, bone/soft tissue grafting, wisdom teeth extractions, dental extractions) and outpatient dental anesthesia/IV sedation. She strives to ensure that every patient feels respected, heard, and cared for. Education and Continuing Education: Dr. Zurayk remains up-to-date on the most current clinical practice guidelines and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is a member of the Washington State Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is also an affiliate faculty member at the University of Washington Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program.
