Dr. Mike Jee is Board Certified in Periodontology. He attended Northwestern University in Chicago, earning a D.D.S. degree. After graduation, he completed 3 years of residency training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery and earned a master's degree in Oral Biology from the University of California in San Francisco. During his residency training, he served as a chief resident and was involved in homeless clinic and a community clinic in Bay Area. Dr. Jee participated in dental researches as well. His work has been published by dental journals, such as Journal of Periodontology and IADR. He was a recipient of Basic Science Award by California Society of Periodontists, Outstanding Student Award by American Academy of Periodontology and NIH research scholarship. He is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Mateo Dental Society and American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Jee has vast knowledge and experience in non-surgical, surgical periodontal therapy and dental implant surgery. His current interest is in microscopic cosmetic surgery, laser surgery and implant surgery.
