Dr Mika Matsumoto

Dr. Mika Matsumoto earned her doctorate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and is proud to serve the community of Renton. Originally from Honolulu, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Mika has a longstanding commitment to education and mentorship. Early in her academic career, she served as a tutor in organic chemistry and later was selected by her dental school faculty to mentor peers in restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and dentures. Dr. Mika remains passionate about educating patients on their oral health and believes in a preventive and personalized approach to care. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and offers guidance through every stage of treatment. Her goal is to foster a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel confident in their care decisions.
