Dr. Viral Patel received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. While studying there, he was active with local outreach programs and was selected to join a week-long dental mission to underserved Clinton County, New York. He went on to graduate at the top of his class and was invited to join Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the National Dental Honor Society. He studied further at a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Northwell Health/North Shore University Hospital on Long Island, New York. Dr. Patel enjoys practicing multiple aspects of dentistry including restorative, endodontics, oral surgery, and aesthetics. Regardless of the treatment, he particularly appreciates conversing with patients and getting to know them. He knows the dental chair may not be everyone’s favorite seat, so he hopes to make the office a more supportive and comfortable environment. During his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with the young family he has started with his wife, Anita. You can often find them out on a stroll with their baby and pug. He also likes to read, play sports, hike, and listen to podcasts.
