Dr Phillip Claassen

Dr. Phillip Claassen is known for his warm, patient-first approach and dedication to delivering exceptional dental care tailored to each individual. With a unique background as a classically trained cellist, he attended the prestigious Frost School of Music at the University of Miami on scholarship before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida. His discipline and artistry in music now echo through his meticulous attention to detail in Dentistry. Dr. Claassen has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, TMD treatment, and dental implants (University of Miami Mini-Residency), Invisalign, and clear aligner therapy (Molis Academy), as well as facial injectables (American Academy of Facial Esthetics). As a proud alumnus of the Dawson Academy, he stays at the forefront of modern dentistry by incorporating the latest technology and evidence-based techniques into every treatment plan. Originally from Florida, Dr. Claassen built a thriving group dental practice in Brooklyn and Manhattan, where he refined his clinical skills and further developed his collaborative, patient-centered philosophy. In 2024, he and his wife, Bailey Singleton, a Richardson native, returned to her hometown to raise their family and be closer to loved ones. On April 12, 2025, Dr. Claassen became the proud new owner of Fluellen Roberts Family Dentistry, where he works alongside Dr. Matthew Roberts to carry forward the practice’s long-standing tradition of outstanding care.
