Dr. Gater is originally from Iraq, where she practiced general and family dentistry for over a decade before moving to the United States. She is now proud to be helping patients in the Dallas area achieve pristine oral health and beautiful smiles. In her 15+ years of experience, her favorite part of her job has continued to be seeing immediate results in a single visit. She is thrilled to work alongside the CityLine Dental Center team because of the shared belief in providing state-of-the-art, relationship-based, comprehensive care that is tailored to fit the lives of patients. Her interest in healthcare was piqued as a child, inspired by her single mother, a pharmacist. She knew she loved working with her hands and adding tiny details, which led her to dentistry. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and California Dental Association. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Gater loves spending time with her loved ones, including her two wonderful kids, Adam and Jade. As a family, they enjoy going to church, traveling, and cooking together.
