Dr. Jung was born in Korea and moved to the U.S. as a teenager. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with Highest Honor, publishing a research paper, and receiving the President’s Research Award. As a graduate of the Dental College of Georgia earning her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Jung participated in medical-dental collaboration programs, assisted with international dental exchanges, and served as a teaching assistant. Her volunteer work and community health center rotations deepened her understanding of dental needs in underserved areas. Before joining Lifetime Dental Care, Dr. Jung practiced in Indiana, Chicago, and Oregon. She is committed to educating patients about their oral health and continually expands her expertise through continuing education. While living in Chicago she completed the Dr. Garg Implant Continuum CE course. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jung enjoys traveling, cooking, visiting art museums and orchestra concerts, and spending time with family, friends, her son Bengi, and her mischievous but adorable dog, Tobi. Dr. Jung’s son loves Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. She really wants to plan a trip to Disney World with him this year.
