Dr Gyu Park

Dr. Gyu Park received his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from the University of Maryland and his Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Virginia Commonwealth University. He then attended the Howard University College of Dentistry and received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Park completed his general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York. As Dr. Park began practicing as a general practitioner, he developed a special interest in Endodontics. It was tremendously rewarding for him to treat patients suffering from teeth-related diseases and cure their symptoms without having to extract the problematic teeth. As a result of following his passion, Dr. Park completed the Endodontics Residency program at New York University and became a board-certified endodontist (Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics). Dr. Park treats pediatric, adult, geriatric, emergency and medically compromised patients on a daily basis. His clinical expertise encompasses root canal treatment, root canal retreatment, apicoectomy, incision & drainage, root resection, hemisection, dental trauma management, auto transplantation and intentional tooth replantation. Dr. Park is a warm-hearted, passionate endodontist whose first priority is patient satisfaction. By treating every patient like they are his parents or family members, he strives to render personalized and quality dental care in the gentlest way possible. Dr. Park fluently speaks English and Korean and beginner level Spanish. He enjoys spending his personal time with family and friends, snowboarding, fishing, camping and playing piano.
