Dr. Kim is a prosthodontist specializing in multiple restorations, dental implants, highly aesthetic dentistry, and dentures. A prosthodontist often serves as the “quarterback” for a patient’s overall smile and this specialization gives Dr. Kim the opportunity to do life-changing, multi-teeth dentistry. After completing her undergraduate at Bryn Mawr College with a degree in chemistry, Dr. Kim earned her dental doctorate at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Her passion for designing facially-driven smiles led her to Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she trained for another three years to specialize in prosthodontics. There, she earned her specialty in prosthodontics while also earning a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences and serving as the Chief Resident. She currently teaches at the Englewood Hospital as their prosthodontic specialist for newly graduated dentists. Dr. Kim’s interest in dentistry started when she was recommended for jaw surgery to correct her bite. She witnessed how powerfully oral health can transform a person’s overall wellbeing and self-esteem. In her spare time, she loves working out, eating soupy noodles, and finding cute cafes to journal and read in.
