Dr. Andrew J. Rockafellow, DDS, MD is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon committed to delivering exceptional surgical care with compassion and precision. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top 10 of his class. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. Dr. Rockafellow completed an intensive six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Jacksonville, serving as chief resident in his final year. During his residency, he was honored with a peer-voted teaching award in recognition of his leadership and dedication to education. With a deep passion for oral surgery, Dr. Rockafellow is driven by the positive impact his work can have on patients’ lives. Outside of the office, he enjoys boating, golfing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
