As a native of southwest Virginia, Dr. Vlahos attended Virginia Tech (Go HOKIES!) where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise with a minor in Chemistry in 2009. Dr. Vlahos graduated from Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2013. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital where she received advanced training in treating pediatric and medically compromised patients, restorative dentistry, periodontal and implant surgery, and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Vlahos enjoys general dentistry as it allows her to buildup quality relationships with her patients and their families. She appreciates taking time to get to know her patients and their oral health goals. She is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
