Dr Leah Baldinger

A native of Orchard Park, Dr. Baldinger combines her local roots with a passion for oral health to deliver exceptional dental care. Her commitment to understanding the link between gum disease and overall health led her to pursue a three-year specialty training residency in Periodontology at the University of Rochester's Eastman Institute for Oral Health, which she completed in 2024. Dr. Baldinger graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2020 and completed a General Practice Residency at Michigan Medicine in 2021. With expertise in full-scope periodontics and dental implants, Dr. Baldinger offers a range of services, including periodontal disease management, periodontal plastic surgeries, regenerative bone-grafting procedures, and dental implant placement. She is committed to preserving natural dentition through conservative treatment approaches and prioritizes patient education to ensure informed decision-making. Known for her gentle touch, patience, and attention to detail, Dr. Baldinger ensures a comfortable, high-quality experience for every patient. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals. An active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), International Team for Implantology (ITI), American Dental Association (ADA), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and the 8th District Dental Society, Dr. Baldinger is also pursuing board certification with the American Board of Periodontology, with her oral board exam scheduled for May 2025. Outside the office, Dr. Baldinger enjoys quality time with her family, indulging her love for baking, and exploring the great outdoors through gardening, biking, and traveling.
