I was born in Great Falls, Montana as an army baby. I moved to Bessemer City, NC at six months where I grew up and graduated from Bessemer City High School. I then got my undergraduate degree and my DDS from the University of North Carolina in 1970. Following school, I then served in the US Army and moved to Rock Hill in 1972. I established my dental practice in 1972 and am approaching 40 years of private practice in Rock Hill next year. I have emeritus memberships in the American Dental Association, SC Dental Association, and a Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry. I was also a credentialed member of the American Society of Dental Aesthetics. I was a delegate to the South Carolina Dental Association for four years.
