Raised in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Yaciel Ferrera graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rollins College. He continued his education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. During his time in dental school, Dr. Ferrera was selected to participate in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic/Haiti to provide care for impoverished communities.
