Mr Thanh Lam

Thanh Lam DDS, FAGD, offers the full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry services to patients of all ages at North Rockville Dental in Rockville, Maryland. His experience and technical dental expertise are paired with a compassionate and gentle approach to each patient. He believes in giving all patients the time they deserve. This entails explaining their dental issues and performing procedures at a pace that’s comfortable for them. Dr. Lam graduated from Johns Hopkins University with bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Mechanics and then continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh, where he continued to study bioengineering and received a Master of Science in Engineering. After graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Dr. Lam has continued to pursue ongoing training in his field. He holds a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is only awarded to dentists who complete extensive continuing education. After earning his DDS, Dr. Lam worked for more than seven years at other dental practices, providing general and cosmetic dental care. He has proudly served patients at his own practice, North Rockville Dental, since 2015.
