Dr Matthew Johnson

Dr. Matthew Johnson is noticeably passionate about serving patients and ensuring their comfort. Through attending significant continuing education events, Dr. Johnson provides his patients with the most up-to-date technology and techniques that produce amazing results. Dr. Johnson graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 1988, where he was also a NCAA Division I, 4 year letterman in soccer. He received his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 1993 and went on to complete his residency at Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Dr. Johnson then served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service for the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation in Lame Deer, MT from 1994-1997. A Sulphur Springs resident since 1999, Dr. Johnson remains an active member of the community. He is married to Karla and they have two children, Kye and Alaina. Dr. Johnson’s hobbies include backpacking, running, biking, history and spending time with family.
