Dr. Leckowicz grew up in Newington, Connecticut. He received his B.S. Degree in Biochemistry at the University of Vermont, and his dental education at Tufts Dental School in Massachusetts in 1992, and has continuing education at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. The L.D. Pankey Institute is a comprehensive educational organization that focuses on treatment planning, full mouth restoration, and proper bite alignment. Dr. Leckowicz is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), and was featured in Hartford Magazine’s list of Top Dentists. Continuing with what his father, Dr. Walter, Sr. introduced to the practice, Dr. Paul continues to specialize in a non-surgical approach for TMJ Disorder, Occlusal Bite Splint Therapy, and Occlusal Equilibration, maximizing tooth contact on optimizing joint position.
