At All About Smiles, Dr. Brett Cotham is dedicated to serving patients by providing comprehensive dental care in Rogers, AR. Alongside his skilled team, Dr. Cotham improves the appearance and functionality of teeth for a beautiful, long-lasting smile. Dr. Cotham’s goal is optimal care through his knowledge of general and pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, TMJ disorders, and other related dental services. Dr. Cotham enjoys working with patients at both of his offices in Joplin, MO and Rogers, AR. In addition to his passion for dentistry, Dr. Cotham is an avid golfer and reader who loves to travel every chance he gets. Dr. Cotham is a proud student of the University of Missouri in Columbia where he studied both biology and chemistry. He then followed his undergraduate studies with the pursuit of a graduate degree at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. After practicing dentistry for five years, in 2017, Dr. Cotham founded Cotham Dental Group.
