Dr. Medellin earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Medellin volunteered with the Christian Dental Society to provide dental services to underprivileged children and adults in Palin, Guatemala. Before dental school, Dr. Medellin graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and also earned All-American honors as a softball pitcher. She was born and raised in the West Palm Beach area and attends Christ Fellowship. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Derek, and their dog, Maya. Dr. Medellin is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Florida Dental Association.
