Dr. Eyre was born in Pocatello, Idaho and later moved to Boise where he remained throughout high school. He attended University of Oregon where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry Minor. He then proceeded to Oregon Health and Sciences University where he earned his D.M.D. degree. Upon graduation, he immediately began his 6 year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he also received his M.D. degree and completed a year of general surgery. The following year he completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Trauma and Cosmetic surgery and since has lectured nationally, regionally and locally. Since July of 2000 he has been practicing full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in a private practice in Salem, Oregon. He has been an active board member of the Boys and Girls Club for over a decade and a strong supporter of Family Building Blocks.
