Dr Andrew Olson

Dr. Andrew Olson was born and raised in Southwest Washington State. He served a two-year LDS mission to Peru after which he followed his sisters to Utah Valley University. Dr. Olson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and went on to the University of Utah for a post-graduate General Practice Residency, receiving continued training in sedation, implant placement, sinus lifts, and other advanced surgical procedures. Shortly after his residency he joined the University of Utah School of Dentistry as a part-time Assistant Professor and completed a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Utah School of Business. Dr. Olson is married to Lauren and has 3 wonderfully energetic boys. They enjoy traveling to new places and anything outdoors. He loves to cook and dabble in electronics and software. Dr. Olson’s favorite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People and don’t be surprised if he gets you talking about yourself. He receives great personal satisfaction in connecting with people and in some way improving their oral health as well as their well-being.
